The app is free and intended for authorized employees and client staff aged eighteen or older. Administrators provide accounts and confirm eligibility. There is no public sign-up.
Information handled
The app handles account names, email addresses, roles, organizations and any work contact details entered by users. It handles sign-in credentials, password changes and session information. Passwords are stored as hashes; session tokens are held in secure storage on the device.
Transport features handle pickup and delivery addresses, consignor and consignee details, driver and vehicle details, goods, quantities, rates, approvals, and order history. Uploaded or generated documents may contain names, addresses, signatures or business identifiers. Testing records must be fictional.
Language, appearance and some recent-selection preferences are stored on your device. Hosting services process connection and diagnostic information, such as IP addresses, request details, timestamps and errors. They also maintain security and administration audit logs.
Why information is used
We use this information to sign users in, enforce role and organization access, coordinate transport workflows, produce documents, keep an activity history, support users, investigate failures and test the app. The testing app does not include advertising or an advertising or analytics SDK.
Access and service providers
Authorized internal staff and the relevant client organization can access records according to their roles. The testing database is hosted by Neon in Singapore. Google Cloud hosts the testing backend and private document, backup and archive storage in Singapore. Google Cloud also processes hosting and audit logs. Vercel hosts this public support and privacy site; its delivery infrastructure may process requests in other locations. The support email is hosted by Yahoo.
Access to private documents uses time-limited links. When you choose to share, download or print a document through another application, that application and the recipient handle the exported copy under their own practices. Information may also be disclosed where necessary to comply with a legal obligation or resolve a dispute.
Device access and security
The app uses an internet connection and the files you choose for upload. It supports document sharing and printing. It does not request access to GPS location, your microphone, contacts or advertising identifier. Connections use HTTPS. Role checks restrict account and business access, and cloud permissions restrict document and recovery storage. No security method can eliminate every risk.
Retention and recovery
Disabling an account stops sign-in but does not automatically erase the user's details from historical orders. Test records and documents remain in the separate testing environment while testing and recovery checks take place. Daily recovery and long-term archive controls are being verified; this notice does not promise a completed recovery service.
The agreed production plan is to keep closed orders available for six months after final closure, then in restricted archives for three additional years. Daily recovery copies have a planned rolling thirty-day window. Final deletion rules, required business-record retention and the production policy remain under review. Automatic long-term deletion is not enabled in this testing environment.
Ordinary Google Cloud application and request logs are currently retained for thirty days. Required Google Cloud administration audit logs are retained for four hundred days. Provider security and account records can have separate retention rules. These settings are not a statement that production legal or data-location requirements have been finalized.
Account and privacy requests
For access, correction, account closure or removal of personal information, email mtcpravi@yahoo.com, or contact your company administrator. We verify your identity and authority before acting. The administrator reviews what can be removed and what must remain for accounting, legal obligations or active disputes. Retained business records and recovery copies can prevent immediate removal of every copy.
For a forgotten password, contact your company administrator. An administrator can provide a replacement temporary password, which must be changed at the next sign-in. The app does not send password-reset emails.
